Evaluation seems to come up more often that I would have expected in the beginning. I guess that I always figured that evaluation would come at the end and that was it. Little did I understand the value of formative evaluation in addition to summative evaluation. This was illustrated to me especially during the Online Advisor Training project wherein we asked advisors to help throughout the entire process.
