Perhaps one of the greatest lessons I have learned to date is in regard to the development process. Having to work with a group of individuals during the entire design process has brought the process to life. Putting the pieces together to make quality instruction is almost like directing a theatrical production in that everyone has a part to do and if one person fails, the production fails.
